These are some  common greeting examples in English:


1.Hello: This is the most universal and commonly used greeting. It's appropriate for both formal and informal situations.

2.Hi: Another informal greeting similar to "hello." It's often used in casual conversations with friends, family, or acquaintances.

3.Hey: A casual and friendly greeting, often used among friends or in informal situations.










4.Good morning: Used to greet someone in the morning until around noon. It's considered polite and appropriate for formal settings or when starting the day.

5.Good afternoon: Used to greet someone in the afternoon, typically from noon until around 6 PM. It's a polite and formal greeting.

6.Good evening: Used to greet someone in the evening, usually from around 6 PM onwards. It's polite and formal, especially in professional or social settings.

7.Good night:  is a polite and friendly way to bid farewell and wish someone well as they prepare for sleep.
